Director of Development

The Quincy Art Center is seeking a dynamic Director of Development to help grow the impact of one of the region's leading arts organizations. This relationship-focused leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building community partnerships, and securing philanthropic support that makes art accessible to all. Working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and staff, the Director of Development will lead a comprehensive fundraising program, cultivate donors and sponsors, pursue grant opportunities, and align these initiatives to The Art Center's strategic priorities for long-term sustainability.
