Recognizing women for their leadership, innovation and service. These monthly winners will automatically qualify for nomination in our end-of-year Legacy Builder, Game Changer, or Next Gen Leader Awards. 

Who can be nominated? Business owners, executives, industry leaders, community advocates, changemakers, innovators, and trendsetters.

To ensure each nominee aligns with the annual awards, nominees should demonstrate excellence in at least two of the following areas:

• Business Leadership- Owns, leads, or plays a key role in a business.
• Community Engagement- Gives back through mentorship, philanthropy, or advocacy.
• Industry Influence- Recognized as a thought leader or trendsetter in her field.

Submission deadline: Last day of each month

Winners will be selected by a numbering process presented to the Women Empowered committee.

Nominees do not have to be active in Women Empowered, Members of the Chamber of Commerce or Young Professionals.
